From the date of your home inspection, you can take comfort in knowing that if conditions change in the house, most items are covered up to 90 days. Claims will be handled within 72 hours of submission, and you never have to pay a deductible.
90 Day Warranty
The 90 Day Structural and Mechanical Warranty is FREE on all of our complete home inspections for home buyers. This warranty covers the structural and mechanical components in the structure for a period of 90 days from the inspection date or 22 days from the property closing, whichever is longer.
