Commercial buildings generally have five major systems: Electrical, Mechanical, Heating, Plumbing and Air Conditioning/Ventilation. BAHI will check that these systems are in functional working condition with our standard commercial inspection. Additionally, we will perform a visual inspection of the interior floors, doors & windows, foundation, insulation, walls, ceilings, exterior grading, and parking lot conditions.
At the request of the buyer, we can assist in customizing a more detailed inspection with trade specific experts.
